The Royal Moroccan Basketball Federation (FRMBB) and DISLOG Group have formalised a strategic partnership and unveiled the DISLOG Basketball League (DBL) at a press conference held on October 19, 2026, at the Hotel Dawliz Rabat-Salé. The ceremony included the signing of the agreement and the reveal of the official DBL logo, followed at 19:00 by a match between Association Sportive de Salé (ASS) and the Forces Armées Royales (FAR) at the Salle Bouazzaoui de Salé.
The partnership runs for four sporting seasons, from 2026-2027 through 2029-2030, and aims to develop, professionalise and raise the profile of Moroccan basketball. Through the DBL, the FRMBB and DISLOG Group intend to strengthen the appeal of the men's and women's competitions, elevate clubs and talent, increase media visibility and offer an improved experience for supporters.
The league carries the tagline "RISE TOGETHER – نرتقي معًا" and is intended as a unifying identity for Morocco's basketball ecosystem. Beyond competition, the partnership will support sporting, educational, solidarity and civic initiatives aimed at young people across the country, with a focus on inclusion and opportunity for Moroccan youth.
