DAM Foundation has restated its commitment to Nigerian athletes, with its President Dr Abdullahi Mustapha joining basketball stakeholders in Berlin to support the D'Tigress. The gathering underlined the importance of backing Nigerian players as they continue to represent the country internationally.
Among those present were Ugo Udezue, a board member of the Nigeria Basketball Federation, FIBA Africa President Anibal Aurelio Manave, FIBA Secretary General Andreas Zagklis, and Emmanuel Iza, Chief Executive Officer of XEJet, a sponsor of the D'Tigress campaign.
For Mustapha, the show of support reflects a wider commitment to Nigerian sport, particularly efforts to create opportunities for young people, encourage excellence and contribute to the growth of the country's basketball ecosystem. The DAM Foundation's presence in Berlin also highlighted the role of partnerships and private-sector backing in strengthening Nigeria's sporting ambitions.
