Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr has confirmed that the franchise explored several trades designed to bring another high-level player to the team. The process was aimed at strengthening the roster and improving its prospects of competing at the highest level.

“We’ve explored all kinds of trades to bring in great players, and the process has been really good,” Kerr said.

The Warriors have continued to assess possible roster moves, but no deal for another star has materialised. The club remain focused on finding the right opportunity to add significant talent.

Elsewhere in the NBA, Philadelphia will manage their star centre’s injury, with Jabari Walker and Ariel Hukporti also unavailable. Real Madrid are due to meet the NBA in London on Tuesday, October 27, to discuss a proposed new European league.
