Kany N’Kouka scored his first professional points for SLUC Nancy in a 99-60 FIBA Europe Cup victory over Nitra on Tuesday 20 October 2026. The 20-year-old forward finished with 7 points from 3 attempts, 5 rebounds and 2 assists in 24 minutes and 39 seconds.

The player from Laxou, a suburb of Nancy, had mainly appeared with the club’s reserve team. He joined Nancy as a training partner after spending time at Nanterre’s academy and joined the professional squad in summer 2025.

Nancy coach Sylvain Lautié rested Marcus Cozart and Lucas Marsillon-Noléo and gave opportunities to several young players. N’Kouka also faced Slovakian centre Michael Fusek, listed at 2.22m, during the win.

Lauté said the young forward was returning well from an early-season injury and needed to continue gaining experience. N’Kouka averaged 8 points and 5 rebounds in four reserve-team league matches this season.
