E warn say short-time money matter no suppose shape the sport for another four years and e call the last eight years the worst time for Nigerian basketball administration.
Bakare talk say na pattern dey where rich pipo wey no get real background for the sport go fund tournament, clinic and prize money before dem present dem as admin saviour. E say promise wey dem make before say dem go bring personal money no work, na only claim of loan and refund come out.
The former national team coach agree say money incentive still dey attractive as economic hard dey, but e push voters say make dem weigh long-time stability pass quick gain. E lay out criteria for the next NBBF president, wey include grassroots commitment, international experience and background for sports administration, and e also say make former national players wey sabi the challenge wey young athletes dey face be the ones to lead.
