Phoenix Suns centre Khamam Maluach believes added strength has reshaped his game as he heads into his second NBA season. The South Sudanese big man credited the franchise's strength and conditioning staff for the physical transformation.
"Just the game has slowed down a little bit for me. My body has changed, credit to our strength and conditioning team. I think everything else that really got better this [offseason]," Maluach said, speaking via the Phoenix Suns.
The 2007-born centre joined the Suns as a lottery pick after one season at Duke, where he anchored the Blue Devils' frontcourt. Maluach is widely regarded as one of the most promising African big men of his generation and a cornerstone of South Sudan's senior national team.
